Waidangong, originating from China, is a peaceful Chinese Qi Gong Exercise based upon the Taoist philosophy. Similarly, Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art inspired by Taoistic principles.Together, they can prevent illness and prolong lifespan, reinforcing the bones and muscles and regulating blood pressure.
With 30 years of experience in Tai Chi and Waidangong, the instructor of your class will guide you through basic movements and mindful breathing exercises that are sure to promote a healthy life.
