Our programs include talks on spirituality and mindfulness to film screenings.
Tea Programs: Tea Studio
Tzu Chi Center NYC’s Tea Study Series, Sip Through the Seasons, and Tea & Tranquility offer a holistic journey into tea and mindfulness. Combining hands-on learning, seasonal reflection, and wellness sessions, these programs create space to deepen understanding, nurture well-being, and foster meaningful community connections.
A parent–child program that brings families together through Chinese language, culture, and hands-on learning. Children are introduced to language and cultural traditions through play-based activities in a warm, supportive environment — no homework required.
Held on the fourth Saturday of each month, the Community Meal Program is an interfaith effort serving 120 vegetarian meals to those in need. In partnership with All Saints Episcopal Church, Tzu Chi supports local communities by fostering compassion and connection through warm, home-cooked meals.
